If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all Soraya Official tags still attached.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off the package at any authorized courier location. You will receive a refund confirmation once inspected.
